  1. When will my order get delivered?

    Order by 10 am Wednesday for Friday delivery.

    • Melb Metro – Friday
    • Mornington Peninsula – Friday
    • Geelong/Bellarine – Friday
    • Gippsland – Thursday
    • Yarra Valley – Friday

 

  1. Do I have to be home to receive my order?

    No, your food comes in an insulated box that will stay cold for 12 hours.

 

  1. Do you have any value packs?

    Yes we offer 10 single meals for $120

 

  1. Do you have gift vouchers?

    Absolutely, type in ‘Gift vouchers’ in the search button and you can choose your preferred amount.

 

  1. What do we do with the packaging from our delivery?

    Recycle the cardboard box and thermal liners, reuse ice pack or empty contents onto the garden or dissolve the salt and place with household soft plastics.

 

  1. Do you service the Home Care Package (HCP) & NDIS markets?

    Yes! We see it as a privilege to work with both the aged care community and people with a disability. We know the important role that food plays in our wellbeing, but especially for those who find it hard to cook for themselves, those with specific dietary needs, taste preferences and specific portion needs.
